What colors do the pianos come in?

Our pianos come in ebony, mahogany, walnut, cherry, oak and white. They come in satin and  highly polished finishes.

What is the warranty on a piano from Shawn's?

• All new pianos have a 10 year limited warranty.
• A refurbished piano has a two year warranty.
• A restored piano has a five year warranty.

Do you service your own instruments?

Shawn's provides complete piano tuning and servicing by three piano tuners on staff.  Part of our facility is a complete workshop for repairs and restorations

Do you provide delivery?

Yes, we deliver pianos using industry specialized, clean moving equipment.

We will be happy to give referrals upon request.
